Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day of placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or handed over to the courier.

Orders for customized solar structures or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.

In case of receipt of damaged, defective, or wrong products, please report the same to our Customer Support Team on the same day of delivery, along with photos/videos as proof.

The request will be reviewed, and replacement/refund will be initiated once the issue is verified.

If you feel that the product received is not as described on the site, or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Support within the same day of receipt. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

For products covered under manufacturer warranty (inverters, batteries, solar panels, etc.), warranty claims must be directed to the respective manufacturer service center.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–7 business days and credited to the customer’s original payment method.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Products that have been installed, used, or tampered with.

Customized / made-to-order solar structures.

Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
